Thank you to the 750+ of members of the Greater Philadelphia corporate community who joined us for Helping Hands: Community Care Challenge, presented by Wawa. Our second annual event held on Sept. 16 at the Linc was a smashing success filled with upbeat volunteers excited to make a difference in the lives of young patients at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Together, we raised more than $585,000 to support innovative programs for patients at CHOP.
Employees from more than 100 national, regional and local companies gathered to create 30,000 resource kits – more than twice as many as last year – for patients and families at CHOP. Thank you for offering your kindness, comfort and resources to CHOP patients and families who need it most.
